Free shipping across the United States

Shipping is free on every order. We currently deliver only within the United States.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 10–12 business days. This includes making your jacket to your size, packing and shipping. Custom or personalized orders can take longer, and we will email you the expected date once your order is confirmed.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will get an email confirmation as soon as you order, and a tracking number by email once your order ships. We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL.

Addresses

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please give a full street address to avoid delays.

Returns

Jackets and apparel are made to order and are final sale. Where a return is approved, return shipping is paid by the customer. See our refund policy for details.

Delays

Weather or carrier issues can occasionally slow a delivery. If that happens, we will keep you updated.
