Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

• Free shipping on every order.
• We currently deliver only within the United States.
• Most orders are delivered within 10–12 business days, including making your jacket to your size, packing and shipping.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS

• Jackets and apparel are made to order in your size and are final sale, including sale items. We confirm your size with you before production starts.
• If you receive the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
• Full-price accessories (bags, wallets, belts, caps) can be returned within 30 days only if they arrive broken, torn or defective. Sale accessories are final sale.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
