Please read before you order. Our jackets and apparel are made to order in the size you choose, so they are final sale.
Jackets and apparel: final sale
Every jacket, coat, vest, shirt, pair of pants and skirt is cut and made to order in the size you select. Because each piece is made for you, jackets and apparel cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to full-price and sale orders.
To make sure you get the right fit, we contact you after you order to confirm your size and measurements before production starts. If you are unsure about sizing, check our size guide or call or text us before ordering at +1 (929) 774-4605.
Wrong item, damage or defects
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Accessories (bags, wallets, belts, caps and home goods)
- Full-price accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they arrive broken, torn or defective.
- Accessories bought on sale or with a discount code are final sale.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to request a return
- Email us at care@eenacrafts.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Wait for our approval and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- Ship the item to: EenaCrafts LLC, 9007 215th St, Queens, NY 11428, United States. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.
