1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • All original tags and labels must remain intact and must not be removed.
  • The exchange process will begin once we receive the returned product.
  • Exchanges will only be considered for legitimate reasons, following a thorough inspection by our team.
  • The request for an exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • To initiate the exchange process, please email us at care@eenacrafts.com with clear images of the product defects, a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange, and “Return & Refund” in the subject line.

2. Refund Process:

  • We aim to process refunds within 15 business days of receiving the returned package. Please note that the cost of returning the shipment will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued either through gift cards or via Stripe, depending on the original payment method.
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and banking institution.

3. Exchange or Refund Request:

  • To request an exchange or refund, please email us at care@eenacrafts.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Your email should include clear images of any product defects and a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange or refund.
  • Please include “Return & Refund” in the subject line to ensure a prompt response from our team.

4. Product Inspection:

  • All returned products will undergo a comprehensive inspection by our team to verify the stated defects and reasons for the exchange or refund.
  • An exchange or refund will be granted only if the issues are confirmed to be genuine and by our policy.
